Terms and Conditions

By scheduling an appointment with Apex AC Service Co, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms.

Booking and Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Apex AC Service Co. Apex AC Service Co reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any appointment.

Payment

No upfront payment is required to hold your appointment. Apex AC Service Co will collect payment at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation made within the non-refundable window. Apex AC Service Co may charge for the missed appointment in accordance with the Payment terms above.

Service Area

Apex AC Service Co provides services in the following area: San Diego, CA and surrounding areas. Service outside this area is at Apex AC Service Co's discretion and may carry additional fees.

Communication

By booking with Apex AC Service Co you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages by SMS, email, or other channels you have provided. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; transactional booking messages will continue while you have an active appointment.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
