Terms and Conditions

By scheduling an appointment with Acme In-Home Fitness Co, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms.

Booking and Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Acme In-Home Fitness Co. Acme In-Home Fitness Co reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any appointment.

Payment

No upfront payment is required to hold your appointment. Acme In-Home Fitness Co will collect payment at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation made within the non-refundable window. Acme In-Home Fitness Co may charge for the missed appointment in accordance with the Payment terms above.

Service Area

Acme In-Home Fitness Co provides services in the following area: Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. Service outside this area is at Acme In-Home Fitness Co's discretion and may carry additional fees.

Communication

By booking with Acme In-Home Fitness Co you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages by SMS, email, or other channels you have provided. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; transactional booking messages will continue while you have an active appointment.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
