What is your cancellation policy?+
Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel with no fee. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a small fee.

Yes — weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring plans save 15% off every clean, and we try to send the same cleaner each visit.
Are you pet-friendly?+
Absolutely. Just let us know about any pets and any areas to avoid so our team comes prepared.
How do I pay?+
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected after the clean is complete unless a deposit is required at booking.

We schedule a specific start time and aim to arrive within a short arrival window. We will text you if anything changes.
